I thought I had already posted my review of this Wonderful Dentist. I have an appointment today and was looking up the directions, getting lost is my forte. I noticed a less-than-favorable review, and my blood boiled! I'd give anything to have Dr. Lane do my cleaning. This dentist has been a Godsend to me. I still travel to Miami to see my longtime dentist (out of respect); however, I was unable to get an appointment and needed help. Finding Dr. Lane was divine intervention. There is no other way to describe it. He has a wonderful hygienist and a spic and span clean office. Walking in for the first time a few years ago was a comforting, welcoming experience. I have always enjoyed going to the dentist; oral health is more important than most realize. What happens in your mouth happens directly to your heart. Give that a minute, the next time you want to skip your six-month checkup. I think of it as a spa treatment! Love, love that from the dentist clean feeling. I will turn 70 very soon, a true blessing. The office has refused to provide a copy of my records and has not submitted the claim to my insurance ongoing 90 days. The absence of professionalism is malicious at worst and negligent at best. An excessive number of requests have been made and an extraordinary period of time has lapsed creating a time and financial burden on the patient. I am truly at a loss and will be forced to file formal complaints to the appropriate entities if this is not resolved by end of week April 13th, 2026. There is nothing out of the ordinary and no reasonable excuse for delay here. It’s really that simple. Update: The office’s reply to this review is indicative of the level of professionalism, or lackthereof, you can expect from the administrative side. The fact that they know exactly the claim I am referencing is telling of how many phone calls I have had to make to them about it. Never had this type of experience in my life. Their inclination is to blame the patient rather than take the necessary action required and requested of them in the first place. I have had my insurance for 4yrs and have worked in healthcare billing. I know what is customary and reasonable and what’s not. This service was

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Please tell me why the dentist is doing cleanings at his own office? I didn’t see a registered dental hygienist in sight. My teeth were in perfect health and he mentioned I have been doing a great job but I had to hold onto the chair for dear life not to cry in pain during his “cleaning”. I will not be going back.

What can I say about Dr. lane He’s very knowledgeable & informative right from the beginning. He will show you what you need to have done, and the results after. He also take the time to explains to you the benefits and the results of any procedure being done.. He’s very honest , patients and kind to the needed of the Patient 🦷🦷🦷🦷😊😊 I extremely extremely recommend him to anyone excellent… Thank you 🙏🏼

Dr. Lane is incredibly skilled and our community is lucky to have him! My stepson was injured pretty seriously in a bike accident and Dr. Lane provided emergency care and had him fixed up the next morning. The work he did is nothing short of a miracle! I could not believe how well his teeth looked after being so damaged. Whether there is trauma or you just need your basic dental care, our family highly recommends Dr. Lane.
